Music Arrangements & Performances

Over the years, I have written many chamber music works, with a specialization in arranging music from popular culture for string quartet.

It is always an exciting challenge to re-imagine and re-create rich musical ideas with just 4 unique parts, and to explore the diverse techniques possible for stringed instruments.

My arrangements have been regularly featured by my chamber groups. Notably, my work was premiered by the Hwa Chong Institution String Ensemble (HCSE) at its 2008 musical exchange-tour at Thailand in collaboration with Harrow International School (Bangkok), Payap University (Chiangmai), the Thai Youth Orchestra, and the Chiangmai Youth Orchestra, during which I was also featured as a soloist.

More recently, my work has been performed by Arpeggione String Quartet (Singapore), of which I am also a founding member. Some of our performances of my arrangements are shared below — Enjoy!
